An Apple partner since our founding in 2014 — today an Apple Technical Partner in the Apple Partner Network, supporting Apple in business and education at every scale.

## A decade of Apple in business.

Employee Zero has been an Apple partner since our founding back in 2014 — for the past decade as a member of the Apple Consultants Network. In 2025, Apple updated the partner designations and Employee Zero is now an **Apple Technical Partner**, a channel of the Apple Partner Network.

Our experience supporting Apple in business and education is wide-ranging: from delivering expert-led large deployment projects for established internal IT teams, to fully-managed, specialised business-as-usual support for clients needing Apple-focussed help.

In our first ten years, we have seen more and more organisations choose Apple devices as their tools of choice. Today Apple has approximately a 20% market share compared to 10% when Employee Zero was founded. With approximately one in five computers in business running on macOS, our services have never been more in demand.

When we started as a consultancy and Apple-focussed Managed Service Provider in 2014, the landscape was very different: far more emphasis on locally installed software and on-premise servers. ### We live by our advice.

Our work machines are Macs, which is a preference of our technicians as much as it is company policy; we're fundamentally Apple people. Many of our engineers have used Macs all their lives and know them inside out, both software and hardware.
